Gender: Male Experience: 2-3 years Qualifications: A graduate from Faculty of Commerce A very good user for MS Office/ Warehousing Applications. Have the ability to work under pressure Job Responsibilities:Providing all needed materials for the installation and maintenance department according to the rules. Maintain records for provided and input materials in the warehouse, and to limit available quantities and stock To keep the materials in the warehouse out of being damaged. To cooperate with the committees of inventory Following up with the orders of the materials when there is a need. Maintain the category label, recording the necessary data on it and updating it constantly. Organize items in the warehouse in an easy way to reach. Release items which already exist in the warehouse according to orders.Recording and receiving back borrowed materials from the warehouse to employees according to rules. To be responsible for items which are existing in the warehouse. Applying safety and healthy instruction in the warehouse. Informing the director with damaged materials, tools and devices that need maintenance. Providing concerned units with the existed items inside the warehouse. Maintaining a monthly report shows the expenditures of the warehouse and to be divided according to the consuming rate in the streets
