General Ledger Accountant

Apply principles of accounting to analyze financial information and prepare financial reports by gathering information by utilizing appropriate accounting control procedures.
Customer Service Agents
To manage customer queries effectively. Effectively manage float and change requests by cashiers. Handles customer complaints and communicates to the departments in the supermarket.
Maintenance Engineer/Manager
Maintenance engineer plans the routine maintenance of store, equipment and machinery. Work on-site and diagnose faults and oversee time-critical repairs. All work carried out is either preventative or emergency maintenance. Works with other professionals in order to reduce the incidence of costly breakdowns and develop strategies to improve overall reliability and safety of store, personnel and production processes.
Customer Service Supervisor
To effectively supervise the customer service desk work flow in the stores.
Internal Auditor
The position exists primarily to independently review the state of internal controls in the Company, identify weaknesses and suggest improvements or mitigating controls. The process of review and reporting will be carried out formally and based on a plan agreed and approved by the Group Chief Financial Officer.
Category Manager – (Fresh Food- General Merchandise- FMCG)
To be responsible for the procurement of commodities through the development and implementation of commodity strategies plans and the management of supplier relationship
CCTV Operator
To operate, monitor & Control priorities of all CCTV cameras, within the Control Centre in a professional and efficient manner, ensuring that all work is undertaken in compliance with the operating procedures, current legislation and the codes of practice.

Manage the in-store department operation to achieve an in stock position which delivers the highest possible level of customer service throughout the day, with particular emphasis on completing the job today and not putting it off till tomorrow.
