Logistics Manager - Beni Suef [SC]
● Supervise the issuance of the weekly and monthly production planning according to sales forecast and production lines capacities.
● Follow up and ensure the weekly production planning implementation in coordination with production department to achieve the monthly production planning.
● Regulate and handle of crisis management in cases of unexpected adjustment to sales forecast or any production issues that may arise.
● Supervise the issuance of daily reports which show Daily Production Report, Available Stock for loading undelivered materials
● Supervise the issuance and implementation of materials supply plan to ensure the availability of all requirements ready for production on time.
● Manage and supervise all activities related to rental warehouses with third party Logistics Company through periodical visits to revise the operating conditions, and monitor the stocked material status. Prepare the feedback reports and escalate any problem to the 3PL.
● Ensure safe operating conditions exist throughout the warehousing and material handling processes and monitor the stocked Materials status during the warehouses daily tour. Promptly correct the unsafe conditions.
● Coordinate between all concerned departments to ensure adequate materials and ingredients are available to meet the production plan and fulfill sales targets.Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Commerce.
● Supply Chain Management Certificate is must.
● Extensive background in logistics with 5-8 years of experience preferable in FMCG companies.
● Very good command of English language
● Proficiency in computer use, especially in ERP systems
● Excellent planning, analytical and problem solving skills
● Strong People management skills
Marketing Manager [MKT]
● Develops brand (s) vision and strategy.
● Develop brand positioning, KPI's and strategic marketing plans to ensure profitable growth and growing consumer base.
● Plans and oversees the Company's advertising and promotion activities, including media planning and acquisition.
● Builds and maintains comprehensive media, suppliers and partners relationships.
● Leads Brand Team to identify consumer group, understand their needs, perception, attitudes and translate into relevant products, brands and brand extensions.
● Leads the Brand Team to fulfill the brand architecture and positioning for the portfolio of product.
● Monitors sales figures of the company products against the Retail Audit readings.
● Analyzes Brand factors such as pricing, distribution, and product performance and interprets statistical reports and market trends to provide future forecasts.
● Provides the statistical reports and recommendations to Management and assists with the development of strategic plans.
● Directs the Brand Team to evaluate consumers’ reactions towards advertising programs, merchandising policies, product packaging and formulation in order to promptly reforecast marketing and pricing strategies within competitive and volatile market conditions
System Administrator [IT]
● Install, configure, maintain and operate the Share point, OCS, DPM and SCCM and all windows based Servers and system● Develop, maintain, and operate data backup
● Install, operate and upgrade operating systems and Antivirus
● Follow up preventive and corrective maintenance
● Perform daily system monitoring, verify the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verify completion of scheduled jobs such as backups.
● Perform regular security monitoring and upgrade the systems with required security patches.
● Maintain user accounts, e-mail systems, mobile mails for users, Internet access and VPN access
● Manage DNS records for HQ and all branches
● Monitor, plan and coordinate the distribution of client / server software and service packs
Qualifications:
● University Degree in Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent
● 4 years experience in large organizations
● Extensive Knowledge and hands on experience in DNS, DHCP, Group Policy configuration, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange 2007 is a must, Microsoft ISA Server 2006
● Excellent knowledge of administering Microsoft applications and most recent technology aspects
● Fluently speaking both Arabic/English
